中药熏蒸联合功能康复训练治疗腰肌劳损的疗效分析

Curative effect analysis of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with functional rehabilitation training on lumbar muscle strain

目的:探讨中药熏蒸联合功能康复训练治疗腰肌劳损的临床疗效。方法:选取120例腰肌劳损患者为研究对象,随机分为治疗组与对照组,对照组患者给予中药熏蒸治疗,治疗组患者给予中药熏蒸联合功能康复训练治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后疼痛评分、功能活动障碍积分、压痛积分,并对比治疗前后两组患者的中医证候积分、腰肌耐力时间、背肌力等。结果:治疗后,治疗组总有效率为93.33%,显著高于对照组(为75.00%)(P<0.05);两组在疼痛评分、功能活动障碍积分、压痛积分均较其治疗前降低,且治疗组较对照组更显著(P<0.05);两组在中医证候积分均较其治疗前降低,腰肌耐力时间、背肌力均较其治疗前升高,且治疗组较对照组更显著(P<0.05)。结论:中药熏蒸联合功能康复训练治疗腰肌劳损临床疗效显著,可有效改善患者临床症状,值得临床应用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of herbal fumigation combined with functional rehabilitation training in treating lumbar muscle strain.Methods:120cases with lumbar muscle strain as the research object,randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the control group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation treatment,the treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with rehabilitation therapy,the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients before and after treatment,pain score,integral,integral and dysfunction of tenderness,compared before and after treatment of TCM syndrome integral of the two groups of patients,lumbar muscle endurance time,back strength.Results:After treatment,the total efficiency of treatment group was93.33%,significantly higher than the control group(75%)(P<0.05);before treatment,two groups of patients with pain score,integral function disorder,no significant differences in tenderness points compared after treatment,two groups of pain score,integral function disorder,tenderness scores were the before treatment is reduced,and the patients in the treatment group after treatment pain score,integral function disorder,tenderness points significantly lower after treatment than the control group(P<0.05);TCM syndrome score of the two groups of patients before treatment,lumbar muscle endurance time,no significant difference between back strength(P>0.05),after treatment,the TCM Syndromes of two groups before treatment was significantly higher than that of the lower lumbar muscle endurance,back muscle strength was significantly higher than that before treatment,the TCM syndromes and treatment is lower than that of the control group after treatment,lumbar muscle endurance,back muscle strength was significantly higher than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:herbal fumigation combined with functional rehabilitation training in the treatment of lumbar muscle strain clinical curative effect,can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients,is worthy of clinical application.
