舒筋壮骨方内服外敷联合物理疗法治疗膝关节骨质增生的疗效及对患者焦虑情绪的影响

Effect of Shujin Zhuanggu recipe combined with topical external application of physiotherapy on knee osteoarthritis and its effect on anxiety

目的:探究舒筋壮骨方内服外敷联合物理疗法在治疗膝关节骨质增生中的效果观察及对患者焦虑情绪的影响。方法:选取300例膝关节骨质增生患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各150例,其中对照组患者采取常规对症治疗,包括解热镇痛药物、服用维生素等,观察组内服外敷舒筋壮骨方联合物理疗法进行治疗,治疗持续时间均为2个月,在治疗前后对两组患者膝关节形态及功能、焦虑评分、治疗有效率进行测评对比。结果:治疗前膝关节肿胀直径、关节活动度、疼痛度水平组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组膝关节肿胀直径降低,关节活动度升高,疼痛度水平均减轻,且治疗后观察组变化幅度大于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为98.00%,高于对照组的80.67%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前HAMA评分组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组评分均降低,并且观察组治疗后HAMA评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:舒筋壮骨方内服外敷连和物理疗法治疗膝关节骨质增生疗效确切,值得临床应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Shujin Zhuanggu recipe combined with external application of physiotherapy on the treatment of knee osteoarthritis and its effect on anxiety.Methods:A total of300patients with osteoarthritis of the knee were selected and randomly divided into observation group(150cases)and control group(150cases).The patients in the control group received conventional symptomatic treatment including antipyretic and analgesic drugs,vitamins,etc.The observation group Oral administration of Shujin Zhuanggu recipe combined physical therapy for treatment,the duration of treatment were2months before and after treatment of the two groups of patients with knee morphology and function,anxiety scores,the treatment efficiency were compared.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in swelling diameter,joint mobility and pain level between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the swelling diameter of knee joint decreased,the joint mobility increased and the pain level decreased(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group was98.00%,higher than that in the control group(80.67%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,HAMA score was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of both groups decreased,and the HAMA score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shujin Zhuanggu recipe combined with topical and physical therapy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis is effective and worthy of clinical application.
