摘要
为了解决沥青路面就地热再生中软化原路面效率低的问题,利用针入度试验对再生成分与水的比例、微波敏感发热材料用量对再生剂在老化沥青中渗透性的影响进行了研究,最终开发出微波敏感型再生剂.利用自行设计的混合料软化试验对微波敏感型再生剂软化沥青混合料的效果进行了验证,分析了微波敏感型再生剂软化沥青混合料的机理.研究结果表明,在微波作用下,微波敏感型再生剂能够在相对较低的温度下实现沥青混合料的快速软化.
In order to solve the low efficiency of softening old asphalt pavements in hot in-place recycling,the influence factors including the ratio of ingredients for recycling and water,dosage of microwave sensitive material of microwave sensitive asphalt rejuvenate agent permeate through aging asphalt was studied by penetration test,microwave sensitive asphalt rejuvenate agent was developed at last.Through self-designed laboratory test,the result of softening asphalt mixture was validated,and the mechanism of microwave sensitive asphalt rejuvenate agent softening asphalt mixture was analyzed.The results indicate that the microwave sensitive asphalt rejuvenate agent can soften asphalt mixture rapidly under microwave irradiation at a low temperature.
