摘要
分析了某厂(200,250)mm×(900~2000)mm板坯连铸机结晶器和引锭链结构特点。在不影响现有设备状态前提下,通过对结晶器调宽装置行程的加长,窄边铜板装配支承方式的优化,引锭头及过渡链节的重新设计,从而实现生产(200,250)mm×(400~600)mm矩形坯。
This paper analyzes the structure characteristic of mold and dummy bar for slab CCM(200,250)mm ×(900 ~ 2000) mm. Considering the condition that the existing equipment is not affected,through lengthening adjusting equipment of mold,optimizing support method of narrow copper plate,and redesigning of dummy bar,the production of(200,250) mm ×(400 ~ 600) mm bloom is realized.
