电镀锡/镀铬两用机组的工艺流程

介绍了国内某大型钢铁企业冷轧厂的电镀锡/电镀铬共用机组生产线。该机组采用"先镀铬、后镀锡"的工艺布置,入口、出口各有一套圆盘剪,入口段圆盘剪用于镀锡产品切边,出口段圆盘剪用于镀铬产品切边。该机组的镀锡、镀铬工艺流程为同类设备的设计选型提供了参考。

The cold rolling production line of electroplating tin and electroplating chromium sharing unit prepares to be used by a large steel enterprise was introduced. The unit adopts process layout of electroplating chromium first and then tin,a set of disc shears is installed at both of inlet and outlet,the entrance and exit.The inlet disc shear is used to side cutting of tin mill products,and the outlet disc shear is used to side cutting of chrome-plating products. The process flow is available to reference for the design and selection of similar equipment.
