根据结构件焊接车间生产工艺的特点,结合国内外最新的研究及应用成果,对焊接过程中产生的烟尘、粉尘进行分析,从焊接污染的形成、特点及危害入手,对焊烟采用整体通风除尘系统进行治理,解决了焊接车间工作区焊烟浓度超标问题,减少了焊烟对人体的危害和对环境的污染。

According to the characteristics of the structure component welding workshop production technology and the latest research and application results at home and abroad,the welding smoke and dust in the production process were analyzed. The overall ventilation dust removal system is adopted by welding fume disposal,from the formation,characteristics and harm of welding. The results is that solve the problem of weld fume excessive concentration in the workspace welding workshop,and reduce the welding fume harm to human body and the pollution to environment.
