考虑消费者便利性的“互联网+”生鲜农产品供应链O2O商业模式 被引量:46

O2O Business Model of "Internet Plus" Fresh Agricultural Product Supply Chain Considering Customers' Convenience

摘要 针对消费者生鲜农产品购买费时、餐前处理繁杂等问题,以生鲜农产品购买、处理流程为切入点,分析了"互联网+"环境下生鲜农产品消费者的信息便利、支付便利、获取便利、处理便利等四种便利性需求,提出了考虑消费者便利性的"互联网+"生鲜农产品供应链O2O商业模式,并从价值主张、核心资源、关键流程以及盈利模式等四个方面对其进行了研究。在此基础上,结合有关案例分析了该模式的实际应用前景,进而提出了该模式的实施策略。 Aimed at the problems that the time-consuming of purchasing fresh agricultural products and the complex processing before meals,information convenience,transaction convenience,acquisition convenience and processing convenience of fresh agricultural products customers in the"Internet plus"environment are analyzed from the perspective of purchasing fresh agricultural products and processing flow.Then,O2O business model of"Internet plus"fresh agricultural product supply chain considering customers'convenience is proposed,and is elaborated from several aspects including value proposition,key resources,key processes and profit formula.On this basis,combined with several related cases,the application prospect for this business model is analyzed.Finally,some implementation strategies are provided for this business model.
