Graves病患者骨营养状况研究

摘要 目的:观察Graves病(GD)患者骨密度及骨代谢指标,探讨GD患者骨代谢状况及相关因素。方法:选取150例GD甲状腺机能亢进症(甲亢)患者,男42例,女118例,性别、年龄匹配的150例正常人为对照组,测定其骨密度及骨代谢生化指标ALP、PINP、CTX、TT3、TT4、s TSH、PTH等指标。结果:(1)GD患者各部位骨密度均较正常对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),血清骨代谢指标ALP、PINP、CTX均较正常对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);(2)GD患者各部位骨密度与血清TT3、TT4负相关,与血清s TSH正相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);GD患者血清PINP、CTX、ALP与血清TT3、TT4正相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);血清CTX与血清s TSH负相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:GD患者存在骨密度降低,为临床改善GD患者骨营养状况提供依据。 Objective To observe bone mineral density and bone metabolism biochemistry index and to invest the bone metabolism and its risk factors in patients of Graves′Disease.Method150patients with GD were collected.42cases of men and118cases of women,and150cases of the healthy as a control.ALL case were detected on the bone mineral density and level of bone metabolism biochemistry index involve ALP、PINP、CTX、TT3、TT4、sTSH、PTH.Results①The level of the bone mineral density was significantly lower than that of healthy control group(P﹤0.05).The level of ALP、PTH、PINP、CTX was significantly higher than that of healthy control group(P﹤0.05).②The level of the bone mineral density of Graves′Disease was negatively correlated with TT3、TT4,and positively correlated with sTSH,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients of Graves′Disease have low bone mineral density and the research can provoid theoretical basis for anti osteoporosis treat for hyperthyroidism.
