不同浓度硫酸镁外敷对肌内注射罂粟碱所致硬结的作用

The effects of different concentrations of papaverine induced by intramuscular injection with Magnesium Sulfate induration

目的:研究不同浓度硫酸镁外敷对肌内注射罂粟碱所致硬结(红肿)的作用。方法:将80例肌内注射罂粟碱出现皮肤硬结(红肿)的患者随机分成两组。研究组40例给予50%硫酸镁外敷4次/d,30 min/次,对照组40例给予30%硫酸镁4次/d,30 min/次。在治疗1 d、2 d、4 d、6 d末对硬结(红肿)减小程度进行比较。结果:研究组在1 d、2 d、4 d、6 d末硬结减小程度均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(z=-3.108,P=0.002;z=-2.762,P=0.006;z=-3.276,P=0.001;z=-3.438,P=0.001)。结论:对肌内注射罂粟碱所致硬结(红肿)的外敷治疗,50%硫酸镁强于30%。

Objective To study the effects of different concentrations of intramuscular injection of papaverine on Magnesium Sulfate caused induration(swelling)role.Method80cases of intramuscular injection of papaverine skin induration(swelling)of the patients were randomly divided into2groups.In the study group,40cases were given50%Magnesium Sulfate,4times/d,30min/times,and40cases in the control group were given30%Magnesium Sulfate,4times/d,and30min/times.The extent of induration(redness and swelling)was compared at the end of treatment with1d,2d,4d,and6d.Results The degree of induration in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group at the end of1d,2d,4d and6d,the difference was statistically significant(z=-3.108,P=0.002;z=-2.762,P=0.006;z=-3.276,P=0.001;z=-3.438,P=0.001).Conclusion Intramuscular injection of papaverine caused induration(swelling)of the external treatment,the curative effect of50%Magnesium Sulfate is stronger than the30%.
