预见性护理干预在肛瘘术后尿潴留预防中的应用效果分析

The application of effect of predictive nursing intervention in prevention of urinary retention after anal fistula operation

目的:探讨预见性护理干预在肛瘘术后尿潴留预防中的应用效果分析。方法:将386例肛瘘术后患者随机分为两组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予预见性护理干预,比较两组尿潴留发生率、导尿率及尿路感染率、恢复排尿时间、术后自理能力。结果:观察组术后尿潴留率、导尿率、尿路感染率明显低于对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后恢复排尿时间明显较对照组短,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后自我责任感、自我护理技能、自我概念、健康知识水平、自我护理能力总分均明显高于对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意率较对照组明显提高,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:预见性护理干预在肛瘘术后尿潴留预防中有显著效果,有助于提升自护能力,促进术后排尿功能的早期恢复,减少尿潴留的发生,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective To investigate the predictive effect of nursing intervention on prevention of urinary retention after operation of anal fistula.Method386cases of anal fistula were randomly divided into two groups,the control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received predictive nursing intervention,two groups of patients with urinary retention,urethral catheterization and urinary tract infection rate,urination recovery time,postoperative self-care ability were compared.Results The urinary retention rate,urinary catheterization rate and urinary tract infection rate in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05);The recovery time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05);The patients in the observation group self responsibility,self care skills,self concept,health knowledge level,self-care ability scores were significantly higher than the control group,there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05);Nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group increased significantly compared with the control group,there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing intervention in prevention of urinary retention after anal fistula operation has a significant effect,help to improve self-care ability,promote the recovery of postoperative voiding function in the early stage,reduce the incidence of urinary retention,has positive clinical significance.
