孝感地区孕妇尿碘水平监测及结果分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的监测孝感地区孕妇孕早、中和晚期尿碘水平,了解孕妇孕期碘营养状态,为科学指导孕妇碘摄入提供理论依据。方法检测并分析2016年3月至2017年5月于武汉科技大学附属孝感医院就诊的2 956例孕妇孕早、中和晚期尿碘水平。结果孝感地区孕妇孕早、中和晚期尿碘浓度中位数(UIC)分别为145.43μg/L、176.88μg/L和170.37μg/L。孕妇尿碘浓度<150μg/L者996例,占比33.69%;孕妇尿碘浓度150~249μg/L者1 372例,占比46.41%;孕妇尿碘浓度250~499μg/L者556例,占比18.81%;孕妇尿碘浓度≥500μg/L者32例,占比1.08%。孕妇孕早、中和晚期UIC缺碘发生率分别为42.86%、32.95%和40.00%,孕妇早期与中期、晚期相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。孕妇年龄≤30岁缺碘发生率为32.33%,年龄>30岁的孕妇缺碘发生率为36.89%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论孝感地区现阶段孕妇总体不存在碘缺乏,但是孕早期存在孕妇碘营养不良的状况,部分孕妇对补碘认识不足。 Objective To monitor the level of urinary iodine in pregnant women in Xiaogan area,to understand the iodine nutritional status of pregnant women during pregnancy,and to provide theoretical basis for scientific guidance of iodine intake in pregnant women.Methods The urine iodine levels of2956pregnant women in Xiaogan Hospital Affiliated to Wuhan University of Science and Technology from March2016to May2017were examined and analyzed.Results In Xiaogan area,the median concentrations of urinary iodine in the early,middle and late stages of pregnant women were145.73μg/L,176.88μg/L and170.37μg/L.996pregnant women were with urinary iodine concentration of over150μg/L,accounting for33.69%;1372pregnant women were with urinary iodine concentration of150-249μg/L,accounting for46.41%;556pregnant women were with urinary iodine concentration of250-499μg/L,accounting for18.81%;32pregnant women were with urinary iodine concentration of over500μg/L,accounting for1.08%.The incidence rates of iodine deficiency in pregnant women at early,middle and late stage were42.86%,32.95%and40.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence rate of iodine deficiency was32.33%in pregnant women with age≤30years old,the incidence of iodine deficiency was36.89%in pregnant women with age>30years old,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion At this stage,in Xiaogan,there are no overall maternal iodine deficiency,but there was iodine malnutrition in pregnant women in early pregnancy,and some pregnant women lack awareness of iodine.
