摘要
使用空气制动与列车纵向动力学联合仿真系统,以MT-2型缓冲器为基础,通过改变缓冲器局部特性曲线,研究了快捷货车在紧急制动以及调车冲击工况下,缓冲器不同特性对列车纵向冲动的影响.结果表明,可考虑改进现有的MT-2型缓冲器,在20 mm或者30 mm以内的小行程范围内阻抗力平缓升至300 k N,以减小运行工况下的纵向冲动;在20 mm或者30 mm之后的大行程范围内可保持原有特性,使其具有足够的容量来确保调车作业.
To optimize and improve the existing draft gear performance for the heavy haul train to adapt to the requirement of fast goods transportation,the air brake system and longitudinal dynamics of train combined simulation system are used.Based on the MT2draft gear,the influence of different characteristics of the draft gear on train longitudinal impulse under emergency braking and shunting impact conditions is studied by changing the local characteristic of the draft gear.The results show that the MT2draft gear can be considered to improve.In the small deflection range of20mm or30mm,the impedance force is increased smoothly to300kN to reduce the longitudinal impulse in the operating condition.In the large deflection range of20mm or30mm outside,it can maintain the original characteristics to ensure sufficient capacity for shunting impact.
