动车组车体铝型材隔声性能分析

摘要 建立了动车组车体大部件铝型材结构的分频段隔声仿真模型,高频段用统计能量模型,中低频段用有限元统计能量混合模型,仿真预测了铝型材的隔声损失,并对铝型材进行了隔声实验研究,用实验结果验证了仿真模型的正确性.基于仿真模型,分析了不同板厚、筋板形式对隔声量的影响,分析了铝型材总体厚度对隔声量的影响.结果表明,随着铝型材上下板厚度增加隔声性能提高,增加内部筋板厚度导致隔声性能略微降低,隔声性能随着铝型材总厚度增加而增加,三角形筋板的隔声性能好于梯形筋板和矩形筋板. A simulation model of sub frequency sound insulation of the body aluminum extrusion structure of EUM was established,the statistical energy model is used in high frequency,and the FE SEA(finite element statistical energy analysis)hybrid model is used in the range of lower and middle frequencies.Then the sound insulation are simulated,and the validity of the simulation,results and model of the sound insulation was verified by comparing with the test results.Based on the simulation model,the influence of different plate thickness,total thickness and stiffener form on sound insulation was analyzed.The results show that the sound insulation performance are increased with the addition of up or lower plate thickness,and the addition of total thickness are slightly decreased with the addition of stiffener plate thickness.The sound insulation performance is different in different frequency for stiffener form.As a whole,the triangle stiffener form is better than the trapezoid and rectangle stiffener forms.
