摘要
基于同心式永磁齿轮(Concentric Permanent Magnetic Gear,CPMG)的运行机理,提出了一种新型磁齿轮结构,即基于异步电机鼠笼转子的FMPMG结构.利用内、外参考圆周,分析了所提结构的气隙磁密波形及其频谱图,认为这种新型结构可与传统的FMPMG等效;采用Ansoft电磁仿真软件,得到转速及转矩曲线,验证了所提结构的正确性.
Based on the operating mechanism of Field Modulated Permanent Magnetic Gear(FMPMG),a new kind of Magnetic Gear structure which based on squirrel cage rotor asynchronous motor is proposed.By using the internal and external reference circle,the air gap flux density waveform and spectrum diagram are analyzed,in the condition that this kind of new structure is equivalent with the traditional FMPMG.Using Ansoft electromagnetic simulation software,the rotational speed and torque curve are obtained,which verify the validity of the proposed structure.
