摘要
针对传统光伏水泵系统中逆变器存在桥臂易直通、开关管和驱动电路数量多、电力电子器件易受电磁干扰损坏等问题,采用Z源逆变器替代传统的Boost变换器。文中具体分别搭建基于Boost变换器的传统光伏水泵系统和基于Z源逆变器的光伏水泵系统的仿真模型,进一步对比两种系统的升压能力、调速性能和工作效率。结果表明,Z源逆变器直流侧最大超调电压减少了150 V,输出转矩稳态误差和波动明显减小,运行效率提高了10%。基于Z源逆变器光伏水泵系统比传统光伏水泵系统具有更好的性能。
Traditional photovoltaic pump system has many problems in the working process,such as power electronic devices will damage when the upper and lower switch bridge arm short-circuit,the system need a lot of switch tubes and drive circuit and power electronic devices are vulnerable to electromagnetic interference of external factors of problem.Z source inverter is used to replace the traditional Boost converter.Specifically,the traditional photovoltaic pump system based on Boost converter and the photovoltaic pump system based on Z source inverter are built.In addition,comparison of the two systems of boost capacity,speed performance and efficiency shows that the maximum overshoot voltage of the DC side of the Z source inverter is reduced by150V,the steady-state error and the fluctuation of output torque are obviously reduced,and the operating efficiency is improved by10%.The photovoltaic pump system based on Z source inverter has better performance than the traditional photovoltaic pump system.
