摘要
流量标准装置是检测和标定流量仪表的重要设备,其中稳压装置的设计及流场分析关系到是否可以保证装置的标定精确度。文中基于流场数值模拟基础,利用Fluent软件对稳压罐的内部流场进行了仿真分析,经过迭代计算,得到了稳压罐出口处的流量波动系数,然后分析了稳压罐罐内隔板结构对稳压性能的影响。结果表明,在兼顾功能和经济性的要求下,具有3块横隔板的稳压罐结构比较合理,同时,竖隔板位于稳压罐前部1/3处稳压特性最佳。
The flow standard device is an important equipment for detecting and calibrating the flow instruments.The design of the regulator tank and the flow field analysis are related to whether the calibration accuracy of the device can be ensured.Based on the numerical simulation of flow field,the Fluent software is used to simulate the internal flow field of the regulator tank.After the iteration calculation,the flow fluctuation coefficient at the outlet of the regulator tank is obtained.Then,effect of structure on regulating performance is analyzed.The results show that,with the balance of function and economy,the structure of the regulator tank with three transverse partitions is reasonable,and the vertical partition is the best in the front1/3of the regulator tank.
