药粉气溶胶粒子浓度环状静电传感器及应用研究

摘要 文中以药粉气溶胶为检测对象,采用静电法设计非接触式环状静电传感器,构建传感器结构模型,对传感器灵敏度进行有限元仿真分析并优选结构参数。设计了静电感应传感器信号处理电路,将传感器应用于雾化器中,实现对雾化吸入疗法中药粉气溶胶粒子浓度在线检测。试验结果表明:气流流速对传感器输出信号影响显著,在流速5 L·min-1时,静电传感器检测药粉气溶胶粒子浓度的误差为±4.8%,满足对药粉气溶胶粒子浓度检测的要求。 This paper takes the powder aerosol as detection object,and designs non-contact ring-type electrostatic sensors based on electrostatic method to construct the sensor structure model.The sensitivity of the sensor is analyzed by finite element method,and the structural parameters are optimized.Designing the signal processing and application circuit for the electrostatic induction sensor and applying it in mistorizer to realize the objective of real-time detection for powder concentration of aerosol particles in atomization inhalation therapy.The application experiment shows that the airflow velocity has significant influence on the output signal of the sensor.When the airflow velocity is5L·min-1,the detection error of powder concentration of aerosol particles is±4.8%.The result indicates that it meet the requirement of detecting powder concentration of aerosol particles in mistorizer.
