Damage Imaging Method for Metallic Plates Based on Lamb Wave Energy Flow

摘要 基于Lamb波能量流的成像方法对金属板状结构中的损伤进行成像定位。针对Lamb波在铝板中与损伤相互作用建立有限元模型,分析了Lamb波与损伤相互作用时能量衰减的特性。通过提取散射波的能量分布信息,构建能量流图对损伤的位置、尺寸等信息做出初步诊断。进而基于Moore轮廓跟踪算法对能量流图作进一步处理,从而实现了损伤轮廓的可视化。模拟研究结果表明,该方法在铝板结构中不仅可实现对损伤位置的精确定位,而且能够直观清晰地显示出结构损伤的轮廓信息。 Damage identification in plate-like structures based on energy flow imaging is applies in the field of damage detection.Finite element model is built for propagation of ultrasonic Lamb waves and its interaction with damages,propagation characteristic and energy-loss during the interaction are analyzed.Through extracting the signal parameter of energy distribution,energy flow is illustrated in the figure to diagnose the location and size of the damage.Based on Moore neighbor tracing algorithm,signal parameter is further dealt with to obtain damage image and visualize the neighbor of damage.Results show that Moore neighbor tracing algorithm can locate the damage accurately and visualize its neighbor in metallic plates.
