摘要
[目的/意义]针对当前我国政府开放数据的缺陷,展示构建政府开放数据动力机制的重要性。[方法/过程]阐述政府开放数据动力构成,构建政府开放数据的动力机制模型,并分析各动力作用形式。[结果/结论]发现我国政府开放数据动力不足问题,提出我国政府开放数据动力机制的基本框架。
[Purpose/significance]The paper is to demonstrate the importance of building a dynamic mechanism of government data opening in view of the existing weak points of government data opening in China.[Method/process]The paper expounds dynamic composition of government data opening,constructs the models of dynamic mechanism of government data opening,and analyzes various dynamic action forms.[Result/conclusion]It finds out that government data opening in China is lack of dynamics,and puts forward the basic framework of dynamic mechanism of government data opening in China.
