咪唑桥联单茂Zr配合物的合成及催化活性研究 被引量:2

摘要 茂金属催化剂具有高的立体选择性、催化活性等性能,目前是烯烃催化领域研究的热点。实验设计用茚分别与二苯甲酮、苯甲醛、丙酮、苯乙酮合成富烯,之后与处理过的二甲基咪唑结合形成配体。配体与前过渡金属Zr结合形成咪唑桥联单茂Zr配合物,并对该配合物的性能做出检测,结果表明,催化剂[2-[2-(η5-茚基)-2,2-二甲基乙基]-1H-咪唑]-二(N,N-二乙胺基)锆在110℃,Al/Zr比例为700︰1时催化剂聚合苯乙烯的活性最高。 Metallocene catalyst is a research focus in the catalytic field of olefin so far for the outstanding performance of stereose-lectivity and catalytic activity.In this study,it was designed to obtain,firstly,fu1vene generated using indene to react with diphenyl ketone,benzaldehyde,acetone,acetophenone,respectively;secondly,ligands was generated using obtained fulvene to react with pro-cessed dimethyl imidazole;lastly,imidazole was functionalized half-zirconocene complex generated using obtained dimethyl imidaz-ole to react with transition metal Zr.After the test on performance of the synthesized imidazole functionalized zirconocene complex,the result showed that activity of the catalyst[2-[2-(n5-indenyl)-2,2-dimethylethyl]-1^-imidazole]-2(A^,iV-diethylin)Zr reached the highest point when it was used to catalyze the styrene polymerization under reaction conditions of temperature110丈and ratio of Al/Zr700:1.
