摘要
建立以非离子表面活性剂Triton X-114为萃取剂、二甲酚橙为螯合剂测定水中痕量铝的方法。通过单因素试验优化了影响浊点萃取的各个因素:溶液的p H值、缓冲溶液的用量、螯合剂的用量、表面活性剂的用量、平衡时间和平衡温度。测得铝的线性范围为0.01~0.14mg·L^(-1),该法的检出限为3.23μg·L^(-1),相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.8%,加标回收率为93.28%~103.75%。
A new cloud point extraction Spectrophotometry was established to determinate trace aluminum in the water by using Triton X-114for extracting agent and by using XO for complexing agent.The effective factors including the pH of the solution,the a-mount of complexing agent,surfactant and buffer solution,balance time and temperature was optimized by Single factor experiment.Under the optimal conditions,the aluminum concentration had a good linear relationship within a range of0.01?0.14mg?L1.the detection Limit was3.23pg?L1,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was2.8%.the spike recoveries were between93.28%-103.75%.
