摘要
通过对焊缝跟踪原理的研究,设计出针对焊接的某一特定领域,即多棱管内焊缝跟踪系统。介绍了该系统的工作原理,并设计出基于K60微控制器作为图像处理部分的处理器和基于STC12C5A60S2单片机作为执行机构部分的处理器,以及其他重要模块组成的控制系统。利用该控制系统可以实现对多棱管内焊缝的跟踪。实验结果表明:系统响应效果良好,跟踪的焊缝偏差较小。
The paper designs a specific field of welding,accordingly,the seam tracking device in multiple rhombic pipe through the research on the seam tracking principle.By introducing the working principle of this system,it also designs K60microcontroller as the processor of image processing,STC12C5A60S2microcontroller as the processor of actuator,and control system formed by important modules.The use of control system can track the welding in multiple rhombic pipe and collect the welding image by the camera of master computer.The results show that the system response is good and the tracking welding deviation is small.
