摘要
以一款旅游客车为研究对象,先在大型三维软件Catia中建立车身骨架三维模型,然后应用有限元前处理软件Hypermesh对整车骨架进行网格划分,并运用Radioss求解器对车身骨架的低阶模态进行了仿真计算,提取了前10阶非刚体模态频率及其对应的振型,借此评价该车身骨架的振动特性,为后期的优化设计提供参考依据。
In this paper,a touring coach body frame is made as a research object.First of all,Build3D model of body skeleton in large3D software Catia and then the Finite element model is established by pro-processing software Hypermesh.In addition,the low order mode of the body skeleton was simulated by Radioss solver and the modal frequency and the corresponding mode of the first10non-rigid mode are extracted.The results make estimation for the dynamic performance and provide reference basis for the later optimization design.
