替普瑞酮联合贝前列素钠治疗幽门螺杆菌阴性慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of teprenone combined with beraprost sodium in chronic atrophic gastritis without Helicobacter pylori infection

目的观察替普瑞酮联合贝前列素钠治疗幽门螺杆菌阴性慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法选取南昌大学附属三三四医院内科收治的120例幽门螺杆菌阴性慢性萎缩性胃炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。对照组给予替普瑞酮常规治疗,观察组在对照组用药基础上联合贝前列素钠片,均治疗12周,疗程结束后比较2组患者治疗前后临床疗效、胃黏膜病理变化及不良反应发生情况。结果 2组临床症状改善总有效率观察组(91.7%)高于对照组(75.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组胃镜下活检组织病理学改善总有效率(81.7%)明显优于对照组(65.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率接近,差异无统计学意义。结论替普瑞酮联合贝前列素钠治疗能够有效改善慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效及病理组织学变化。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect ol teprenone combined with beraprost sodium in chronic atrophic gastritis(CAG)without Helicobacter pylori infection.Methods The survey was conducted in120subjects selected from our hospital between February2012and May2016.Based on the diagnostic criteria ol CAG,the subjects were divided into two groups:observation group(n=60)and control group(n=60).The control group was treated with teprenone,while the observation group was treated with compound beraprost sodium and teprenone.The curative efficacy,improvement of clinical symptoms,pathological changes of the gastric mucosa and adverse drug reaction were observed and compared.Results After treatment,the observation group had a total semiotic effective rate of91.7%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(75.0%)(P<0.05).The pathological improvement rate in observation group(81.7%)was significantly higher than that in contral group(65.0%)(P<0.05).The adverse drug reaction of two groups had no statistically significant difference.Conclusion Combined teprenone with beraprost sodium in treating CAG without Helicobacter pylori infection is effective,and can significantly improve clinical symptoms and gastric mucosal lesions.
