地质科技创新背景下的地学文献资源服务思考——以中国地质图书馆为例

Thoughts on Geoscience Documentation Service in the Context of Geological Technological Innovation——An Example of National Geological Library of China

在科技创新的时代背景下,大力推进地质科技创新已成为地质调查事业发展的必然之势,并对文献资源服务提出了更高要求。文章提出中国地质图书馆进一步做好文献资源服务的基本思路:资源覆盖要更加全面、人员素养要更加精专、服务方式要更加灵活。同时建议:文献资源服务应紧密适应地质科技创新的要求,搭建集成化的文献资源数据信息平台,构建权威性的信息情报服务体系,打造专业高效的服务品牌,营造创新氛围,完善培养人才、注重激励的管理制度。

At a time o f technological innovation,pushing forward geological technological iimovation has become inevitable trend in geological survey development,which in turn put forward higher demands on geoscience documentation service.The thesis gives basic frameworks to finther improve the documentation service o f National Geological Library of China,which are more comprehensive coverage of documentation resource,more sophisticatedj more professional employees and more flexible ways of service.It also suggests that documentation service should adapt to geological technological innovatioiij with efforts to establish an integrated information platform with data of documentation resources,to construct an authoritative information service system,to produce a professional and high effective service branch to create atmosphere of iimovation and to optimize the management system focusing on training personnel and motivation.
