可穿戴设备在高校体育教学中的应用

Research on Wearable Devices in College Physical Education under the Background of Big Data

高科技与大数据时代的到来,必将为高校体育教学带来新的机遇和挑战。以大数据平台为基础,运用文献资料法、访谈法、调查统计法对可穿戴设备及其在高校体育教学中的应用进行分析,发现可穿戴设备在高校学生中具有很大的潜力,可穿戴设备能防范运动伤害、监测运动强度、规范技术动作、激发学生兴趣、评价教学效果、创新教学模式。但可穿戴设备在体育教学中的运用还处在研究和设想阶段,实践运用中还存在一些问题有待解决。

The advent of high-tech and big data will bring new opportunities and challenges to physical education in collegesand universities.Based on the big data platform,this paper Uses the literature material law,interview law,investigation and statistics law,analyzes the wearable devices and their application in College Physical Education.The wearable devices have greatpotential among university students.Wearable devices can prevent sports injuries,monitoring exercise intensity,standardizingtechnical actions,arousing students'interest,evaluating teaching effects and innovating teaching modes.However,the use ofwearable devices in physical education is still at the research and imagination stage,and still some problems to be solved inpractical application.
