安徽重点高中新生心理健康状况分析——以六安第一中学为例

Analysis of Mental Health Status of Freshman in Key Senior High Schools in Anhui——Take Lu'an No.1 Middle School as an Example

目的:对六安第一中学高一新生进行心理健康筛查,了解新生心理健康状况并建立心理健康档案。方法:运用整体抽样的方法,采用SCL-90工具对高中新生进行测试。结果:(1)六安第一中学高一新生心理问题检出率为15.12%,其中女生心理问题检出率(17.20%)明显高于男生(13.78%),在班级类别上心理问题检出率没有差异;(2)六安第一中学高一新生与全国中学生常模相比在强迫、焦虑因子差异不显著,其余因子和常模具有显著性差异,除了人际关系敏感因子高于常模外,其余均低于常模水平;(3)六安第一中学高一学生的心理问题由高到低分别为强迫症状、人际关系敏感症状、敌对症状、抑郁症状和精神病性症状。结论:高中生心理健康问题较为突出,女生较男生更易产生心理问题,必须加强心理健康教育工作。

Objective: to investigate the mental health status of students and establish a mental health record in Lu'an No.1 Middle School. Methods: the SCL-90 tool is used to test the freshmen in high school by using the holistic sampling method. Results:( 1) The detection rate of psychological problems in Lu'an No.1 Middle School is 15. 12%,of which the detection rate of psychological problems of girls( 17. 20%) is significantly higher than that of boys( 13. 78%),and there is no difference in the rate of psychological problems in class category.( 2) There is no significant difference between senior middle school students in Lu'an No.1 middle school and the national norm of middle school students in terms of compulsive and anxiety factors. There are significant differences between other factors and norm. Besides interpersonal sensitivity factors,the rest are all below norm level.( 3) The main psychological problems of students in Lu'an No.1 Middle School are obsessive-compulsive,interpersonal sensitivity,hostility,depression and psychosis. Conclusion: The mental health problems of senior high school students are more prominent. Female students are more likely to have psychological problems than boys,so it is necessary to strengthen mental health education.
