初中生核心自我评价和主观幸福感的关系研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用《核心自我评价量表》、《青少年生活满意度量表》、《快乐感量表》及《幸福感自我评定量表》,随机整群抽取济南市某中学初一、初二的395名学生进行问卷调查,探讨初中生核心自我评价与主观幸福感的关系。结果发现:核心自我评价与主观幸福感关系密切,核心自我评价能显著正向预测总体生活满意度、积极情绪和总体幸福感,能显著负向预测消极情绪,解释量在14.9%~36.1%。核心自我评价能够预测主观幸福感,这提示教师与家长应关注学生的心理健康,帮助初中生提高自信心、形成内归因风格,以提高其主观幸福感。 395 junior school students from Jinan were surveyed by the core self-evaluation scale,the life satisfaction scale of adolescents,the happiness scale and the happiness self-rating scale to explore the relationship between the core self-evaluation and the subjective well-being. The results showed that core self-evaluation was closely related to subjective well-being. Core self-evaluation can positively predict overall life satisfaction,positive emotions and overall subjective well-being,and can negatively predict negative emotions,accounted for 14. 9% ~ 36. 1%. Core self evaluation can predict subjective well-being. This suggests that teachers and parents should pay attention to their mental health,help junior middle school students improve their self-confidence and form their internal attribution style so as to improve their subjective well-being.
