维吾尔族弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤临床、免疫表型及疗效分析

Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma in Uighur population:the features of clinic and immunophenotype and curative effect analysis

目的探讨维吾尔族弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤(DiffuseLargeB-cellLymphoma,DLBCL)临床、免疫表型特征及疗效分析。方法选择我院2012年3月-2016年5月收治46例确诊为弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤(DLBCL)的病例,分析患者临床特征、免疫表型特征及其临床预后情况。结果103例NHL病例中DLBCL46例,约占44.66%,男女比例约2:1。Non-GCB型发病率(69.57%)明显高于GCB型(30.43%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);CD5表达阳性6例,占13.04%。DLBCL病例中GCB型预后好于non-GCB型,另CD5阳性者预后较差。结论维吾尔族DLBCL临床及免疫表型具有一定特征,其中免疫表型与预后密切相关。

Objective To analyze the features of clinic and immunophenotype and curative effect analysis of Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma(DLBCL)in Uighur population.Methods Form March2012to May2016,46patients underwent DLBCL were enrolled in our hospital.The clinical features,immunophenotype and curative effect were analyzed.Results Of103NHL cases,46cases were underwent DLBCL,which accountted for44.66%,and the proportion of male and female was2:1.The incidence of Non-GCB type(69.57%)was more higher than GCB type(30.43%),and there was significant differently between them(P<0.01).In addition,CD5was positive expression in6cases,accounting for13.04%.Compared with non-GCB,the GCB type of DLBCL had better prognosis.Besides,the patients with CD5positive expressed had poor prognosis.Conclusion DLBCL in Uighur population Carried certain characteristic on clinic and immunophenotype,and Immunophenotype had a close links with curative effect.
