健康妊娠妇女不同孕期血脂水平变化趋势分析

Analysis on the Changes of Trend of Blood Lipid Level in Normal Pregnant Women at Different Stages

摘要 目的回顾性分析健康妊娠妇女不同孕期血脂水平变化的特点,为临床孕期保健和膳食营养指导提供依据。方法选取本院358例不同孕期的健康妊娠妇女作为研究对象,按孕周期分为3组,早孕期(8周~12周)135例、中孕期(13周~27周)95例、晚孕期(≥28周)128例,同期育龄期妇女健康体检者(备孕组)100例作为对照组,分析比较不同孕期健康妊娠妇女的血脂水平及变化特点。结果孕后期TC与TG的含量明显高于对照组(P<0.05);HDL-c与LDL-c在孕中期及孕后期含量增高,与对照组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);TC、TG及LDL-c随着怀孕周期的增加而增高,HDL-c孕早期变化不大,孕中期增高,孕后期轻度降低。结论对妊娠期血脂变化的动态监测和生活干预,可有助于降低妊娠相关并发症的发生率,以达到围生期保健和优生优育的目的。 Objective To retrospectively analyze the changes of trend of blood lipid level in normal pregnant women at different stages,and provide guidance for health care and diet.Methods The subjects of358normal pregnant women were divided into three groups:135cases in first trimester group(8-12weeks),95cases in second trimester group(13-27weeks)and128cases in third trimester group(≥28weeks).100cases of healthy women were selected in control group.The blood lipid levels were detected and analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the levels of TC and TG in third trimester group were significantly higher;the levels of HDL-c and LDL-c were increased in second and third trimester group,both the differences had the statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of TC,TG and LDL-c increased with the prengant extension and the level of HDL-c didn′t change much in first trimester,increased in second trimester and reduced mildly in third trimester.Conclusion The monitoring and intervention on blood lipids during pregnancy could help reduce the incidence of pregnancy-related complications and achieve the goal of perinatal health care and healthy pregnancy.
