“双师型”教师的培养机制研究

A Study on the Training Mechanism of "Double-quality" Teachers

高等职业"双师型"教师培养的目标,就是打造一支政治素质高、业务能力强、结构合理、特色鲜明、相对稳定的师资队伍。目前我国高等职业院校在培养"双师型"教师上存在诸多问题,本文从现行的培养模式进行剖析,提出了相应的研究对策。

The goal of"double-quality"teacher training for higher vocational education is to build a relatively stable contingent of teachers with high political quality,strong business ability,a reasonable structure and distinctive characteristics.At present,there are many problems in the training of"double-quality"teachers in higher vocational colleges in our country,so this paper analyzes the current training mode and puts forward the corresponding research countermeasures.
