顶岗支教中培养学生创新创业教育体系构建与实施路径的策略

On the Path to Construct and Implement the System of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education for Students in In-post Volunteer Teaching

创新创业教育逐渐成为我国当前教育发展的主流观念,高等教育的改革也在此背景下进行。虽然我国对于创新创业教育尤为重视,但是毕竟起步比较晚,在实践过程中还存在各种各样的问题和阻碍,因此高校还要加强建设,对薄弱环节加大投入,有针对性地建设具有本校特色的创新创业体系。本文主要通过对于顶岗支教中培养学生的创新创业能力为中心,从培育顶岗支教学生创新创业能力的必要性出发,着重分析当前在顶岗支教中创新创业教育的不足之处,并对此提出相应的解决策略,力求培养大学生的基本素质、教书育人精神,提升学生综合能力的教育问题。

Innovation and entrepreneurship education has gradually become the mainstream concept of education development in our country,and the reform of higher education is also carried out under this background.Although our country attaches great importance to the education of innovation and entrepreneurship,after all,it started relatively late.In the process of practice,there are still various problems and obstacles.Therefore,colleges and universities should also strengthen construction and increase investment in the weak links,in order to construct college-based distinctive innovation and entrepreneurship system.Centering on the cultivation of students'ability of innovation and entrepreneurship in in-post volunteer teaching,and starting from its necessity,this paper emphatically analyzes the shortcomings of innovation and entrepreneurship education in in-post volunteer teaching,and puts forward corresponding solutions,striving to cultivate college students'basic quality and spirit of educating people,thus improving their comprehensive quality.
