项目式教学在材料成型CAE课程教学过程中的应用

Application of Project-based Teaching Methods in Teaching Processes of Material Molding CAE Courses

为了缩短产品开发周期,提高生产效率,材料成型CAE软件得到广泛应用,熟练操作材料成型CAE软件已经成为设计人员不可或缺的基本能力。然而,材料成型CAE软件的操作和应用具有多样性的特点,按照传统的教学方法通过演示让学生硬性记忆操作流程存在很多问题,教学效果并不理想。本文为了解决材料成型CAE课程教学中存在的问题,阐述了项目式教学法在该课程教学过程中的实践。

In order to shorten the product development cycle and improve the production efficiency,material molding CAE software is used widely,and expertly operating material molding CAE software has become an indispensable basic skill of designers.However,due to the diversity of operation and application of the material molding CAE software,the traditional teaching method,forcing students to remember the operation process,exists many problems,and the effect is not ideal.In this paper,in order to solve the problems of material molding CAE course teaching,the practice of project-based teaching methods in the teaching process of this course is elucidated detailedly.
