集成竞价仿真与告警管理的售电运营平台设计

Design of power-selling operation platform integrated with bidding simulation and alarm management

该售电运营平台在保障售电公司高效运营的基础上,实现了两大特色增值功能:竞价仿真与告警管理。竞价仿真利用先进的自适应竞价算法,通过输入少量数据即可对市场出清结果进行模拟,为用户提供满足自身最大利益的出价方案;告警管理可以对用户用电信息进行监测,结合购电合同对用户不合理的用电行为进行告警。这两种特色功能的实现使得售电公司在电力市场的竞争中能够提供差异化的增值服务,提高运营效率,增强竞争力。

The platform introduced in this paper includes two functions:bidding simulation and alarm management,on the basis of the basic functions such as customer information,power sale management and power purchase management.The bidding simulation uses the advanced adaptive bidding algorithm to simulate the clearing results,and provides the optimal bidding scheme for the users of the power generation side and the selling side to meet their own maximum interests;The alarm management can monitor the power consumption process of the users,and combine the power consumption of the power purchase contract to alarm the unreasonable electricity consumption behaviors of the users.The realization of these two functions enables the power-selling company providing differentiated value-added services in the electricity market competition,to improve operational efficiency and enhance competitiveness.
