摘要
目的:寻求建立12~16岁青少年中长跑运动员一次性大强度运动锻炼后年龄与血清峰值cTnT的回归方程,以期用年龄即可预测此年龄阶段青少年中长跑运动员一次性大强度运动后的血清cTnT峰值含量。方法:30名12~16岁青少年中长跑运动员进行初速度为7.2km/h,每分钟递增0.8km/h的跑台运动,到达个体最大运动速度后稳定此值,继续运动直至力竭。在运动前和运动后1h、2h、3h、4h、5h、6h分别取血,采用第3代高敏感cTnT试验检测技术测定血清cTnT浓度。结果:一次性大强度运动锻炼后血清cTnT逐渐升高,3h左右达到峰值,随后又逐渐降低,呈现恢复趋势;12~16岁青少年中长跑运动员年龄Age(岁)与血清峰值cTnT浓度C(cTnT)(ng/L)存在显著相关性,进一步建立两者之间具有显著性意义的回归方程为:C(cTn T)=1685.79-85.38~*Age。结论:12~16岁青少年中长跑运动员一次性大强度运动锻炼后血清cTnT呈现先升高再降低的变化趋势,呈倒"V"形;峰值cTnT在运动后3h左右出现;可用回归方程C(cTnT)=1685.79-85.38~*Age预测小样本量12~16岁青少年中长跑运动员一次性特定大强度运动锻炼后血清cTnT峰值浓度。
Objective:In order to forecast12~16years old teenager athletes’serum peak cTnT after high intensity exercises,this paper establishes a regression equation between the age and serum peak cTnT.Methods:3012~16years old teenager athletes run at a treadmill by7.2km/h starting with incremental0.8km/h per minute until exhaustion,and we test the serum peak cTnT by using the3rd generation high sensitive technology before and after exercises in1h,2hs,3hs,4hs,5hs,6hs.Results:The serum peak cTnT increased gradually to the peak at3hs,and then decreased gradually to show the trend of recovery in one time high intensity exercises;there is a significant relationship between age and serum peak cTnT,so that we establish the regression equation:C(cTnT)=1685.79-85.38×age.Conclusion:It can be used in small capacity sample that the regression equation-C(cTnT)=1685.79-85.38×age tests the serum peak cTnT after once high intensity exercises.
