Prenatal Ultrasonographic Diagnosis and Fetal Malformation Screening of the Primary Doctors in Training Experience

胎儿产前超声筛查是发现胎儿畸形的首选医学方法。提高基层医师技能是社会和医学发展的需要。本文根据县乡基层医师的特点,通过严格规范化操作技术培训,进行分系统的基础课、拓展课和难点课加强理论学习与拓宽知识面,注重训练思维能力和培养自发学习研究能力,以利于基层医师更好地掌握及提高胎儿产前超声筛查专业技能,让基层医师有能力及时发现胎儿异常的一些蛛丝马迹,减少漏诊,才可以为提高出生人口质量把好关。

Prenatal ultrasonographic diagnosis and fetal malformation screening are the important method of medicine.It challenged the ultrasonographic operator.It is the need to improve the skill of doctors inprimary hospitals.According to the character of the primary doctors,we should pay attention to multi-discipline alliance in order to train and raise their ability,let doctors have the ability to timely find some clues to fetal abnormalities,reduce missed diagnosis,can be good for improve the quality of birth population.
