骨科住院医师的非临床技能教学研究

Study on Non-clinical Skill Teaching for Residents in Department of Orthopedics

目的大多数医院传统的住院医师培训的重点在于临床和手术技能的培养,但是对于专业发展等非临床技能则缺乏正式的教学培训。方法通过开展研讨会形式进行培训,议题包括骨科的职业道路,职业道德,时间管理,医学相关法规,心理疏导,医患沟通,科研能力等。在研讨会前和会后对住院医师进行了问卷调查,以确定每个议题的整体实用性和价值。结果所有参与的住院医师表示他们会向其他住院医师推荐这个研讨会。该课程的平均综合评分为4.78分(4~5区间),打分区间为1分(差)到5分(优秀)。高分主要来自于课程的实用性等方面。结论非临床技能培训项目应当被纳入骨科住院医师的课程中。

Objective In most hospitals,the emphasis of traditional resident training is on the training of clinical and surgical skills.However,non-clinical skills such as professional development are lack of formal teaching training.Methods Training is carried out through seminars.Topics include department of orthopedics career path,professional ethics,time management,medical related laws and regulations,psychological counseling,doctor-patient communication,scientific research ability and so on.A questionnaire was conducted before and after the symposium to determine the overall practicality and value of each issue.Results The average comprehensive score of the course was4.78(range4~5),with a score of1(poor)to5(excellent).The high score mainly comes from the practicality of the course.Conclusion Nonclinical skills programs should be in cluded inorthopedic residency programs.
