案例教学法在医学影像学临床教学中的运用探究 被引量:14

摘要 目的探究案例教学法在医学影像学临床教学中的运用。方法将接受医学影像学临床教学的80名学生作为研究对象,按照学生意愿,将其分为对照组与观察组。对照组学生使用常规多媒体教学法教学,观察组学生使用案例教学法教学。观察对比两组学生的教学效果。结果观察组学生理论考试成绩、阅片成绩以及总成绩均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组学生调查问卷结果均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论案例教学法可以有效提升医学影像学临床教学成绩,可激励学生兴趣、提高学生解决问题能力等。 Objective To explore the application of case teaching in medical imaging clinical teaching.Methods A total of80students receiving medical impact clinical teaching were divided into control group and observation group according to the students'wishes.The control group students used the conventional multimedia teaching method and the observation group students used the case teaching method.Observation of two groups of students teaching effectiveness.Results The scores of the students in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of the survey questionnaire in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The case teaching method can effectively improve the clinical teaching achievement of medical imaging,stimulate students'interest and improve students'ability to solve problems,which is worth to promote.
