华法林治疗中监测凝血酶原时间的临床应用

Clinical Application of Prothrombin Time in Warfarin Treatment

目的探讨华法林抗凝治疗中监测凝血酶原时间(PT)的临床作用。方法以2015年1月—2016年12月我院106例口服华法林进行抗凝治疗的患者为研究对象,治疗期间定期监测患者PT,计算国际标准化比值(INR),随访统计抗凝相关并发症发生率。结果用药1个月、6个月、12个月时,患者PT值、INR值、华法林用量对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随访1年期间,发生抗凝相关并发症7例,发生率6.60%。结论监测PT对华法林剂量合理使用、预防抗凝相关并发症具有积极作用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of warfarin anticoagulant therapy on the monitoring of prothrombin time(PT).Methods From January2015to December2016,106patients who received oral anticoagulation therapy by warfarin were selected as the subjects.During the treatment period,PT was regularly monitored,the international normalized ratio(INR)was calculated,and the incidence of anticoagulation related complications was followed up.Results At1month,6months and12months,the PT value,INR value and warfarin dosage were compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).During the1year of follow-up,7cases of anticoagulant related complications occurred,the incidence of which was6.60%.Conclusion The monitoring of PT has a positive effect on the rational use of warfarin dosage and prevention of anticoagulant related complications.
