功能性鼻内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的疗效观察

Efficacy of Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery for Chronic Sinusitis

目的观察功能性鼻内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床疗效。方法收集2015年11月—2017年11月本院收治的86例慢性鼻窦炎患者作为研究对象,将其分为研究组(n=43)和对照组(n=43)。对照组采纳传统手术治疗,研究组采纳功能性鼻内窥镜手术治疗。比较治疗效果、生活质量。结果与对照组治疗效果比较,研究组较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组生活质量比较,研究组较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论功能性鼻内窥镜手术可有效改善慢性鼻窦炎患者的病情,提升生活质量。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of functional endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic sinusitis.Methods86patients with chronic sinusitis admitted in our hospital from November2015to November2017were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the study group(n=43)and the control group(n=43).The control group was treated with traditional surgical treatment.The study group was treated with functional endoscopic sinus surgery.The effect of treatment and the quality of life were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the study group was higher,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Functional endoscopic sinus surgery can effectively improve the condition of patients with chronic sinusitis,improve the quality of life,it is worth learning from.
