老年人桡骨远端骨折50例治疗体会

Treatment Experience of 50 Cases of Distal Radius Fracture in the Elderly

目的总结不同治疗方式对老年人桡骨远端骨折的疗效。方法选择2016年1月—2017年10月我院收治的老年桡骨远端骨折患者50例作为研究对象。根据治疗方式的不同,将其分为手法复位组、钢板内固定组与外固定架组,比较三种方式的治疗效果。结果外固定架固定治疗效果优于手法复位外固定治疗、钢板内固定治疗,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论闭合复位外固定架固定对老年人桡骨远端骨折效果满意,固定稳定,创伤小,操作简单。

Objective To summarize the curative effect of different treatment methods on distal radius fracture of the elderly.Methods50elderly patients with distal radius fractures treated in our hospital from January2016to October2017were selected as the study subjects.According to the different methods of treatment,it was divided into manipulative reduction group,plate fixation group and external fixator group,and compared the treatment effect of the three ways.Results The effect of external fixator fixation was better than that of manual reduction and external fixation and internal fixation with steel plate.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The closed reduction external fixator has a satisfactory effect on the distal radius fracture of the elderly,stable fixation,small trauma,and simple operation.
