牙周序列治疗在牙周炎患者正畸过程中的效果及预后分析

The Effect and Prognosis of Periodontitis Patients Undergoing the Sequence of Periodontitis Orthodontic Treatment

目的研究牙周序列治疗在牙周炎患者正畸过程中的效果及预后价值。方法选取2013年3月—2017年5月本院治疗的60例牙周炎正畸患者,随机将患者分成两组,对照组采用正畸治疗前行牙周普通治疗,研究组在正畸治疗前后行牙周序列治疗,分别测定两组患者的CAL、PLI、PD以及BI指标,对比两种不同治疗方式结束后患者的X线片与口腔检查结果,分析治疗疗效与预后情况。结果两组患者各项临床指标对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组患者的治疗有效率为80%(24例),研究组患者的治疗有效率为98%(29例),两组患者的治疗有效率对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论牙周炎患者在接受正畸治疗前,实施牙周序列治疗,可有提高牙周炎的治疗有效率,保护患者的咬合能力,且预后效果良好,该治疗方式可在牙周炎患者行正畸治疗时进行使用。

Objective To study the sequence of periodontal treatment effect and prognosis in the process of orthodontic patients with periodontitis.Methods From March2013to May2017,60cases of periodontitis treated with orthodontic patients were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was treated with orthodontic treatment before normal periodontal treatment.The study group was treated with periodontal sequence before and after orthodontic treatment.The indexes of CAL,PLI,PD and BI were measured in two groups of patients.The results ofX-ray and oral examination of the patients after two different treatments were compared,and the therapeutic effect and prognosis were analyzed.Results The comparison of clinical indicators between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The control group in the treatment of patients with effective rate was80%(24cases),the treatment of patients with team effective rate was98%(29cases),the treatment of patients with two groups of efficient compared with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with periodontitis before orthodontic treatment,the implementation sequence of periodontal treatment,can enhance the treatment effectiveness of periodontitis,protect the patient's ability to bite,and prognostic effect is good,the treatment can be used in the line of orthodontic treatment in patients with periodontitis.
