观察后外侧联合后内侧入路治疗胫骨平台后柱骨折的效果

The Effect of Posterolateral Combined Posterior Medial Approach in the Treatment of Posterior Column Fracture of Tibial Plateau

目的研究后外侧联合后内侧入路治疗胫骨平台后柱骨折的临床疗效及影响。方法选取2015年1月—2017年10月治疗胫骨平台后柱骨折的患者80例进行调查研究,采用随机数字表法,将患者平均分成两组,实验组及对照组,每组40例患者。对照组采用后内侧入路治疗,实验组应用后外侧联合后内侧入路治疗,对比两组患者治疗效果,记录并分析。结果实验组骨折基本复位、膝关节功能恢复能力比例分别为92.5%、85.0%,高于对照组的75.0%、65.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论胫骨平台后柱骨折采用后外侧联合后内层入路治疗方法,对骨折复位与膝关节功能恢复能力有显著提高,临床效果显著。

Objective To study the clinical effect and effect of posterolateral combined medial approach in the treatment of posterior column fracture of tibial plateau.Methods80cases of posterior tibial plateau fractures treated in our hospital from January2015to October2017were investigated.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,the experimental group and the control group,40cases in each group.The control group was treated with the posterior medial approach,and the experimental group was treated with the posterolateral posterior approach.The treatment effect of the two groups was compared and recorded and analyzed.Results The percentage of basic reduction and functional recovery of the knee joint in the experimental group were92.5%and85.0%respectively,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(75.0%and65.0%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Posterior tibial plateau fracture is treated by posterolateral combined posterior internal approach.It has significant improvement in fracture reduction and functional recovery of knee joint.The clinical effect is significant.
