多奈哌齐、抗精神病药物治疗老年痴呆患者效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Donepezil and Antipsychotic Drugs in the Treatment of Alzheimer's Disease

目的探究多奈哌齐与小剂量抗精神病药物联用对首发精神行为症状的老年性痴呆的治疗效果。方法择取2015年12月—2017年12月收治的80例首发精神行为症状的老年性痴呆患者,按照其选择治疗方案的不同将其分入两组,分别为:单用多奈哌齐的40例对照组患者、联用多奈哌齐与小剂量抗精神病药物(奥氮平)的40例研究组患者。对比两组患者的日常生活能力评分、智能精神状态评分以及精神病病情程度评分。结果研究组的日常生活能力评分、智能精神状态评分以及精神病病情程度评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多奈哌齐与小剂量奥氮平合并使用可以有效提高首发精神行为症状的老年性痴呆患者的日常生活能力与智能精神状态,减轻其精神病病情。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of donepezil combined with small dose of anti psychotic drugs on the onset of Alzheimer's disease in the first episode of psychobehavioral symptoms.Methods80cases of mental and behavioral symptoms from December2015to December2017were selected the senile dementia patients,they were divided into two groups according to the different options of treatment.40cases of control group with donepezil alone,40patients of study group with donepezil and small dose of antipsychotic drugs(olanzapine).The scores of daily living ability,mental state and psychosis were compared between the two groups.Results The activities of daily living,mental state and mental illness score in the study group were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined use of donepezil and small dose olanzapine can effectively improve the daily living ability and mental state of senile dementia patients with the onset of mental and behavioral symptoms,and relieve their mental illness.[Keywords]donepezil;olanzapine;first-episode psychiatric symptoms;Alzheimer's disease;clinical effect.
