健康教育对职工体检结果的影响研究

The Influence of Health Education on the Results of Physical Examination of Workers

目的研究健康教育对职工体检结果的影响。方法选取我院保健科66例体检职工作为研究对象。符合随机原则,随机数字表法分组,分为观察组(33例;实施健康教育)和对照组(33例;不实施健康教育)。对比两组职工体检后各项临床数据并计算出统计学分析数值。结果观察组职工健康知识知晓率、超体质量异常率、脂肪肝异常率、血糖异常率、血压异常率、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、尿酸均优于对照组职工,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不健康生活方式可诱发疾病,可威胁人们健康,可导致代谢综合征明显增加并可严重影响职工日常生活。健康教育对职工体检结果的影响较大,可有效预防慢性病疾病,可辅助慢性病治疗,效果较为理想。因此,保健科职工需要利用健康教育手册、宣传栏及创新工作模式、建立全程健康管理、教育模式来实施健康教育,通过不断丰富医学、健康教育知识、热情周到服务来促使健康教育取得良性循环,促使保健科职工身体更加健康。

Objective To study the effects of health education on the results of physical examination.Methods In the group of66health care workers in our hospital,They were randomly divided into the observation group(33cases,the implementation of health education)and the control group(33cases,without health education).The clinical data of two groups of workers after physical examination were compared and the statistical analysis values were calculated.Results The awareness rate,abnormal rate of body weight,abnormal rate of fatty liver,abnormal blood sugar,abnormal blood pressure,triglycerides,total cholesterol,low density lipoprotein and uric acid in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The unhealthy lifestyle can induce diseases and can threaten people's health.It can lead to a significant increase in metabolic syndrome and can seriously affect the daily life of the workers.Health education has a great influence on the results of physical examination,which can effectively prevent chronic diseases and can help chronic diseases,and the effect is ideal.Therefore,health care workers need to use health education manual,publicity column and innovation mode,the establishment of the whole mode of education to implement the health management,health education,medical and health education by continuously enriching knowledge,warm and thoughtful service to promote health education achieved a virtuous cycle,promote health care workers healthier.
