The Effect of Continuous Nursing on Treatment Compliance of Discharged Patients With Cerebral Infarction

目的探讨应用延续性护理对脑梗死患者依从性的影响。方法回顾分析70例已出院的脑梗死患者的临床资料,并随机分为两组,分别给予延续护理和常规护理。结果延续护理组患者的治疗依从性显著好于常规护理组,组间对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论延续护理有助于提升患者的治疗依从性,对促进护理质量提升具有积极意义。

Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing on the compliance of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods The clinical data of70patients who had been discharged from the hospital were retrospectively analyzed and divided into2groups,which were given continuous nursing and routine nursing.Results The compliance of the patients in the continuous nursing intervention group was better than that of the conventional nursing group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing is helpful to improve the compliance of patients with cerebral infarction,and is of positive significance in promoting the improvement of nursing quality.
