摘要
目的探讨QCC护理模式对肺结核患者生存质量与睡眠质量的影响。方法选择110例肺结核患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各55例。对照组给与常规护理,观察组给予QCC护理模式。结果护理后,观察组SF-36量表各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组无睡眠障碍的比例(92.73%)高于对照组(76.36%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 QCC护理模式可明显改善肺结核患者生存质量与睡眠质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of QCC nursing model on the quality of life and quality of sleep in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods110patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly divided into the observation group(55cases)and the control group(55cases).The control group was given routine nursing,and the others given QCC nursing model.Results The scores of each dimension of SF-36in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The proportion of no sleep disorders in the observation group(92.73%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.36%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion QCC nursing model can improve the quality of life and quality of sleep in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis.
