切开复位钛板内固定治疗跟骨骨折的护理心得

Nursing Experience of Open Reduction and Titanium Plate Internal Fixation in the Treatment of Calcaneal Fracture

目的探讨切开复位钛板内固定治疗跟骨骨折的护理心得。方法选取2016年2月—2017年2月我院采用切开复位钛板内固定治疗的跟骨骨折患者88例作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法分组。对照组用传统护理方法,规范组则给予规范化护理干预。比较两组切开复位钛板内固定护理满意度;术后住院天数、术后疼痛水平;干预前后患者焦虑心理状态和Fernandez评分。结果规范组切开复位钛板内固定护理满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);规范组术后住院天数、术后疼痛水平优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,规范组焦虑心理状态和Fernandez评分优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论切开复位钛板内固定治疗跟骨骨折的规范化护理效果确切,可减轻不良情绪和疼痛,缩短住院时间,改善关节功能,提高满意度。

Objective To explore the nursing experience of open reduction and titanium plate internal fixation for the treatment of calcaneal fracture.Methods From February2016to February2017,88cases of calcaneal fracture treated with open reduction and titanium plate internal fixation were selected as the study subjects.Random number table method was used to group.In the control group,the traditional nursing method was used.The standard group was given standardized nursing intervention.The satisfaction degree of the two groups of open reduction and titanium plate internal fixation,postoperative hospital stay,postoperative pain level,anxiety state and Fernandez score before and after intervention were compared.Results The satisfaction degree of open reduction and internal fixation in the standard group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of days of hospitalization and postoperative pain in the standard group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the anxiety state and Fernandez score of the standard group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The standardized nursing effect of open reduction and titanium plate internal fixation for calcaneal fractures is accurate,which can reduce the bad mood and pain,shorten the hospitalization time,improve the joint function and improve the satisfaction degree.
