摘要
室内疗愈环境建设与人类健康水平联系密切,是未来人居环境研究发展的重要方向。本文通过对文献进行梳理,将既有室内疗愈环境研究根据在其评估过程中所使用的代理概念进行分类和归纳。指出对个体的心理和生理水平的测量是评价室内环境疗愈效果、判断疗愈潜能不可或缺的途径,并归纳了测量被试者心理水平和生理水平的主要方法。最后提出结合心理学和生理学方法的综合评估模式,旨在全面而客观地评估室内环境的疗愈效果,为未来室内设计提供帮助。
The construction of indoor healing environment is closely linked to the level of human health and is an important direction for the research and development of human living environment in the future.In this paper,the literature is reviewed to classify and summarize the existing indoor healing environment studies based on the concepts of proxies used in their assessment.It points out that the measurement of the psychological and physiological level of an individual is an indispensable way to evaluate the healing effect of the indoor environment and to determine the healing potential.The main methods of measuring the mental and physical level of the subjects are also summarized.Finally,a comprehensive assessment model combining psychology and physiology is proposed to evaluate the healing effect of the indoor environment comprehensively and objectively and to help the future interior design.
