基于供需匹配度视角的环太湖区域绿色基础设施网络构建 被引量:4

摘要 目前国内绿色基础设施(Green Infrastructure,GI)网络的规划与实践日益增多,但对城市居民使用GI的需求却通常考虑不足,致使已建成的GI网络使用率不高。本文以快速城镇化的环太湖区域为例,在综合考虑区域资源禀赋特征、生态环境安全战略、社会经济发展状况和居民需求的基础上,提出了一种基于供给—需求匹配度视角的区域GI网络规划分析方法与框架。首先,梳理研究区的重要景观资源,并对其吸引力的空间格局进行分析,通过与区域发展需求格局的空间匹配分析来定量表征区域GI网络建设的供给—需求关系;然后基于Graph AB2.0.5软件平台构建区域生态网络,并将其作为GI网络的基本空间骨架;最后,通过GI网络与供需匹配度进行叠置分析,科学确定GI网络的功能、空间结构、重点建设地段与建设时序。研究结果表明:太湖东岸苏南城市群区域整体供给—需求空间匹配度较高,是近期构建具有综合服务性功能GI的重点地段;太湖南岸区域匹配度较低,但资源禀赋优越、景观条件良好,是中长期构建景观、游憩功能GI的主要地段;其他区域的GI网络则主要以生态功能为主,兼具游憩功能。研究结果可为环太湖区域GI网络的科学构建提供重要参考信息,对其他区域GI网络的规划与建设也具有一定指导意义。 At present,the domestic planning and practice of Green Infrastructure(GI)network are increasing,but the consideration of urban residents'demands in using GI network is often inadequate,and that directly leads to the low using frequency of built GI network.On the basis of considering the regional resources endowment characteristics,ecological environment security strategy,social economic development and residents'demand comprehensively,this paper takes the Taihu Lake Rim which is experiencing rapid urbanization process as an example.It proposes a regional GI network planning method and framework based on the analysis of the supply-demand match degree.First,combing the important landscape resources of study area and analyzing the spatial pattern of resources'attraction,the spatial matching degree,which is between landscape attraction and the regional development demand,can quantitatively characterize the supply-demand relationship of the regional GI network construction.Then,this paper constructs regional ecological network based on GraphAB2.0.5software platform as the basic space frame of GI network.Finally,through the superimposed analysis between GI network's supply and demand matching degrees,it determines the GI network function structure,space structure,the key construction area and construction schedule.The results show that Southern Jiangsu Urban Agglomeration's supply-demand spatial matching degree are high overall in the east coast of Taihu Lake.They are the key areas of planning comprehensive service functions'GI network recently.The matching degree in the south coast of Taihulake is lower,but their resources endowment and landscape conditions are superior.They are the main areas for constructing importantlandscape and recreation functions'GI network within the scope of the medium term to long term;the other area's GI network's functionshould be composed of ecological function mainly,and also take recreation function into account.The results can provide important reference information for the planning of Taihu Lake Rim's GI network,and at the same time,it also has a certain guiding significance for the planningand construction of other area GI network.
